At the time of booking, the specified deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. The remaining balance will be due at the time of the session and will be communicated with you via email prior to your session. Appointments made without a deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation. Your session fee covers the time and talent of photographer, basic retouching and creative editing of images, as determined by the photographer, and a select number of images based on selected session.
If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, the client may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should client fail to give a 24 hour notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot, this session fee is forfeited and will not be refunded. Appointments may also be rescheduled without penalty due to weather conditions. The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations or no show / no call. If the Photographer cannot honor this contract, due to illness or an emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract.
Please be prompt, and photoshoot ready, at the scheduled time of your appointment. If you are running late, please let me know. Tardiness to an appointment it will result in lost session time. If you arrive over 30 minutes after the scheduled start time (agreed upon by both client and photographer) without notification, you will be charged an additional $20. If arrival time is beyond 45 minutes after scheduled start time, you will be charged an additional $45.
